Gli artisti in residenza possono realizzare le proprie opere in tutti gli spazi comuni dell'edificio: l'androne, la scala dei cinque piani, le cantine, la soffitta, la terrazza e il grande giardino. Grazie alla partecipazione collettiva di artisti locali, abitanti e volontari, è stata restituita al giardino condominiale (oltre 200 mq), un tempo ridotto in condizioni di degrado, l'atmosfera accogliente di un tempo.Artists-in-residency can realize their artworks in all the building's common spaces: the entrance hall, the five-floor staircase, the cellars, the attic, the terrace and the big garden. Thanks to the collective participation of local artists, inhabitants and volunteers, the condominium's garden (more than 200 sqm), until recently reduced to filthy conditions, has regained its welcoming and cosy atmosphere.

Oltre 200 mq nel cuore del palazzo. Coniugando arte e natura, il giardinaggio diventa la pratica capace di aprire una comunità eterogenea alla ricerca della propria armonia. Ospita molti degli eventi degli artisti in residenza.More than 200 sqm at the heart of the building. By conjugating art and nature, gardening becomes the practice that can open a heterogeneous community to finding its harmony. It hosts many of the events by the artists in residence.

Lo spazio-laboratorio collettivo affacciato sul giardino, fatto di due grandi sale a disposizione degli artisti come aree di lavoro, dove collaborare con artigiani e maker locali. Ospita anche mostre temporanee.The collective workshop space facing the garden, made of two large rooms available to artists as working areas, where to collaborate with artisans and local makers. It also hosts temporary exhibitions.

IdiòtIdiòt
Spazio di 90 mq, parte dell'edificio, accessibile direttamente da via La Salle. Tre grandi sale recentemente restaurate. Il nome si ispira al celebre romanzo di Dostoevskij che contiene la frase «la bellezza salverà il mondo». Ospita mostre, talk, lezioni e workshop.A 90 sqm space, part of the building, accessed directly from via La Salle. Three large rooms recently restored. Its name is inspired by Dostoevsky's famous novel containing the phrase "beauty will save the world". It hosts temporary exhibitions, talks, lectures and workshops.

La scala e gli spazi comuniStaircase & common spaces
L'androne, la scala dei cinque piani, le cantine, la soffitta e la terrazza: i luoghi di passaggio quotidiano diventano galleria permanente, attraversata ogni giorno dagli abitanti.The entrance hall, the five-floor staircase, the cellars, the attic and the terrace: the spaces of daily passage become a permanent gallery, crossed every day by the inhabitants.

L'ex guardiolaThe former gatehouse
L'ex alloggio del portiere, murato fino a pochi mesi prima, è stato riaperto per ospitare il quartier generale del progetto: ufficio, sala riunioni e bookshop-caffetteria.The building's former doorman's quarters, walled up until recently, was reopened to host the project headquarters: office, meeting room and bookshop-cafeteria.
